BEC Advantage
The BEC Process is unique. It performs all the gasification
processes in one step and is a continuous process
rather that a “batch” process. The units
do not have to be opened up after each “batch”
to remove the processed material. The BEC process
is not a “pressure vessel”. The feat
of operating at atmospheric pressure is accomplished
by the “heartbeat” of the process; the
proprietary computer control software developed
by the BEC engineering staff. Gases are precisely
drawn off as they are produced, preventing the system
from developing any backpressure.
Another of our competitive advantages is the
ability to supply our own energy needs using a
fraction of the energy produced. A small portion
(10 to 15 percent) of the gas produced is required
to supply the energy requirements of the process.
The remaining gas will be used in the most prudent
manner depending on location.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To positively impact the environment by the application
of “Green Energy” technologies developed
by BioEnergy Conversion, LLC.
